World record set by children by singing patriotic songs in Rajasthan

Jaipur (Rajasthan) August 13 (ANI): In Rajasthan, 1 crore children of government and private schools of the state set a world record by singing patriotic songs collectively.The main function was held at Sawai Man Singh Stadium in the presence of Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot.The children sang the national song 'Vande Mataram' and the national anthem 'Jana Gana Mana' along with patriotic songs like 'Hum Honge Kaamyaab', 'Jhanda Uncha Rahe Hamara ' and 'Saare Jahan Se Achcha'.On this occasion, Vice President of the World Book of Records, Pratham Bhalla honoured Chief Minister Gehlot with a provisional certificate of world record, which the Chief Minister dedicated to the students and all the people of the state.Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister said that collective singing of patriotic songs by more than 1 crore children would create a new environment in the state.
