India to open High Commission in Rwanda: PM Modi

Kigali (Rwanda), Jul 24 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi informed that India is going to open a High Commission in Rwanda. ‘The High Commission will not only establish communication between both respective governments but also enable facilities for consular, passport, Visa,’ said PM Modi. He was addressing the gathering at a joint press statement. India and Rwanda signed eight MoUs, including in the areas of agriculture, defence, culture, dairy cooperation, leather and allied sectors, LOC Agreements and trade. The Prime Minister is on a five-day, three-nation tour to Rwanda, Uganda and South Africa. This is first ever visit by an Indian Prime Minister to Rwanda.
