The commission on August 31 had given seven-point directions to Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers. Prime Minister Deuba, who took over the office of four months ago, have got 388 votes with eight short for two-third majority which has compelled the 40th Premier of Nepal to expand his cabinet for 5th time during his honeymoon period to secure his government as well as to appease all the members.
